Welcome to the Front Office and Medicare training
course!
The course starts with a Preliminary Knowledge Assessment so
you can see what you already know about patient registration
and front office tasks.
Next, you will continue to the lesson menu. The first lesson
in the course provides an overview of basic Medicare concepts.
More detailed information about Medicare can be obtained from
the Front Office and Medicare web based training course, or
by calling your local Medicare contractor.
After that brief introduction, the remainder of the course focuses
on what you need to know about patient registration and record
keeping to help ensure proper Medicare claims filing.
The entire course should only take you about 40 minutes to complete. |
